Inviting employees to adopt a new way to communicate

What do you do, when your organisation already has an extensive collection of internal communication tools that are available to employees. How do you communicate that the company is continuously focusing on improving the way employees communicate with each other? And what do you do if the solution is to introduce yet another tool to the mix?
This is exactly what one of our clients had to figure out. When creating this video for them, we spent more time trying to figure out how the employees would feel about another tool to familiarise themselves with. We looked at the benefits and the pain points, and addressed each one in the script.
