A new software for employees to use

How do you get people interested in a new system or process in the workplace? Well, usually, with most new technology, the motivation for adoption comes from the realisation that it will be solving a pain that I have. Our client was introducing a new tool for Account Managers. Direct Connect was going to the cloud with their client management system. They were introducing Salesforce as their new CRM tool, and they wanted to find an effective way to introduce the new system to their people as a way to build anticipation and to invite them to attend further face-to-face sessions to learn more.
We helped them create a short video to explain what the change was, and how people’s work was going to be much easier after the roll out.
